Shine Theory Festival, an event branding project, is a music festival celebrating a new wave of DIY music making dubbed “Bedroom Pop”, a name that stems from the process of low-budget home recording and lo-fi mixing commonly used in the genre.
Shine Theory invites artists and audiences of all levels of experience to participate, hoping to connect the ideas and creativity of all artists, regardless of stream count. I created all of the illustrations that will be seen throughout the branding.

The branding focuses on the DIY nature of the genre, and evokes a strong electronic and experimental vibe.
